EMAIL SPECIFICATIONS
Supply TMC/ATA the following items February 16, 2026, and we will send the email out the week of March 9, 2026:
- Html code of your email message
- Recommended width is 600 pixels
- Limit file size to 70KB
- Image/graphic files must be hosted on an external server and the absolute reference URLs must be included in the HTML file. ATA is unable to host images.
- A pdf image of how you want the email to look
- The photos you wish to use in the email
- From name:
- Subject:
- Preview text:
- Test names/emails, the people who will receive test email for approval
- Seed names / emails: the people who will receive the final email at their company
SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIFICATIONS
Supply TMC/ATA the following items by February 16, 2026, and we will distribute the email and social post during the week of March 30, 2026:
- Post should be written from ATA’s perspective
- Provide a 1080×1080 graphic
- Include caption copy and accompanying URL(s) for posting on:
- ATA's LinkedIn, Facebook, X and Instagram
- TMC's LinkedIn, Facebook and X
- Please provide company tag information if you would like to be tagged in the post
