After a successful first year at HIMSS14, we have brought back this area on the exhibit floor for HIMSS15. This booth space is a great option for those who have not exhibited with HIMSS before or exhibitors looking to save money on their exhibit space. This space, which is sure to be a huge draw for attendees, will be located in booths 7456-7974 in Hall B.

Each 10''X10'' booth comes with the following items:

  • Booth drape: 8’ high in the back, 3’ high on the side
  • A 7"x 44" identification sign with your company name and booth number
  • Five Exhibitor Badges
  • Skirted Table
  • 2 Chairs
  • Carpeting
  • Electrical

  • Recognition in the HIMSS Resource Guide*

  • Company listing in conference exhibitor guide that is available prior to the show

Pricing:
$4675 per first 100 sq/ft ($4300 for each 100 sq/ft after)
Corner Fee: $650 per corner

Deposits Required:
October 25, 2014 - April 12, 2015: 100% to total exhibit space fee due with contract
