Education, snacks, and beverages can be presented to a targeted audience of your choosing. Participation offers your company an exceptional opportunity for relationship-building and education content presentation. Afternoon meeting room can sit up to 60 people.

When: Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 3:00pm-4:00pm

• FAQ document with logistic details will be sent to sponsor upon submission of signed contract.
• Sponsor to identify desired audience for break invitations. HIMSS will provide two (2) drafts of customized invitation for sponsor approval. Invitation will include sponsor logo.
• HIMSS will send three (3) marketing e-pushes to sponsor audience selections. Specific marketing email dates will be included in the FAQ document*.
• Sponsor will have ability to access attendee lists 24/7 for most up to date responses.
• HIMSS will assist in attendee management to maximize desired audience participation.
• HIMSS will provide snacks and beverages for participants.
• Turnkey room set includes*:
•  Rounds for 60ppl max, one (1) LCD projector, one (1) screen, one (1) riser with one (1) podium and three (3) chairs, one (1) wired podium microphone, three (3) wireless handheld microphones, complimentary wi-fi, one (1) registration table with two (2) chairs set outside room
• Room set cannot be altered
• HIMSS will print registration list and deliver to meeting room prior to the start of the event for sponsor to manage registration.

*If contracted after deadline date, sponsor will be responsible for all marketing of event
