Description

A tabletop exercise at NRF PROTECT for senior-level retail industry attendees, built around a scenario where a notional company detects and responds to an incident that requires the engagement of the company’s cybersecurity and fraud prevention teams as well as other enterprise business partners. In this multi-stage exercise, participants will work with peers to coordinate their responses to the incident and discuss lessons and takeaways from this scenario.

Eligibility: This exercise is open to senior-level retail sector attendees of NRF PROTECT, including members of the NRF IT Security Council and the NRF Fraud Prevention Professionals Working Group and Sponsors only.

Target attendance: 60 - 70

Sponsor Fee: $10,000 per sponsor 

• Sponsor logo recognition on signage within the room, and on the agenda, website and mobile app
• NRF will acknowledge each sponsor, and what they do, at the start of the program.
• Sponsor may provide a gift item or marketing handout (to be pre-approved by NRF)
• One Cyber subject matter expert (one per company) can attend the exercise as observer (NRF must approve the attendee), who must be someone with substantive knowledge who can contribute to panel discussion (see next bullet point). To ensure an open and honest discussion throughout the exercise, these attendees would be bound by the Chatham House rules requirements of all exercise participants.
• The Cyber Exercise will conclude with a 25-30 minute “hotwash” NRF moderated panel with our Sponsor Subject Matter experts who observed the exercise, and the organizer's team members, to provide their feedback on the general findings and offer their recommendations.
• Post exercise NRF will distribute a report with a recap to all participants as well as the NRF IT Security Council.  NRF will include a text box on the first page of the report (the report will be 5-6 pages in total) thanking each sponsor which will include a contact email address and/or URL for each.

GOOD TO KNOW:
Optional gift items (after NRF approval) can be sent to NRF for delivery with show management shipment. Must arrive by May 2nd to be included. If unable to make that deadline, sponsor can ship with their booth/materials and coordinate with NRF for onsite pick-up.
