Compare health
system and resource-related factors that influence ILD outcomes in
resource-variable settings across the Americas.
Discuss gaps in
guideline implementation, education, and multidisciplinary care for ILD
and their impact on clinical practice.

diagnosis, management, and equity of care across regions.
