All OOH advertising opportunities have an initial $20,000 sponsorship fee to AAAAI. A custom proposal is required from EMC Outdoor followed by payment to them for media production and placement.
All advertising and promotional activities at the New Orleans Convention Center, the Hilton New Orleans Riverside and in the greater New Orleans market, during the dates of February 14–28, 2027, must be secured through AAAAI. Once approved by AAAAI, the sponsor will work with Freeman for opportunities inside the buildings or with EMC Outdoor for all OOH advertising.
OOH advertising includes but is not limited to airport advertising, billboards, digital placements, exterior hotel signage, mobile advertising, projection advertising, vehicle wraps or any other outdoor advertising.
Sponsor/exhibitor/agency shall not place or cause to be placed any OOH advertisement independently or through unauthorized vendors. Any OOH opportunities not listed on this AAAAI Annual Meeting sponsorship site must first be discussed with AAAAI. Any violations to this may result in removal of the materials, loss of priority points and/or prohibition from exhibiting at future AAAAI meetings.
