Artwork Must Be Pre-Approved by Monday, August 19, 2024.
All artwork must be pre-approved by the Academy prior to production. Content will be reviewed for adherence to the Academy’s published artwork policies and guidelines.
Submit a low-resolution PDF or JPG to AAO Promotions email at promotions@aao.org by August 19th for review. This deadline ensures ample time to make corrections if requested by the Academy.
DO NOT send artwork directly to Freeman until it has been approved.

August 26 Artwork Due
Aug 27 – Sept 9 25% Penalty
Sept 10 – Sept 23 50% Penalty
Sept 24 – Sept 30 100% Penalty
No artwork will be accepted after September 30th.

Graphic File Submission Instructions
Artwork file names should include the company and the placement (e.g. AAO_Banner_GC3-B14).
Submit Approved Artwork
You’ll receive a box link from Freeman once AAO has approved your artwork.
