Artwork Must Be Pre-Approved by August 12, 2025

All artwork must be pre-approved by the Academy prior to production. Content will be reviewed for adherence to the Academy’s published artwork policies and guidelines.

Submit a low-resolution PDF or JPG to promotions@aao.org by August 12th for review. This deadline ensures ample time to make corrections if requested by the Academy.

DO NOT send artwork directly to Freeman until it has been approved.

Freeman’s Deadlines Listed Below:

Artwork Submission Deadline: Wednesday, August 27, 2025

• Artwork must be uploaded to the Freeman Box folder by end of day August 27
• Artwork submitted on / after August 28 will result in late fees

No artwork will be accepted after October 1st.

Artwork Production Approval Deadline: Wednesday, October 1, 2025

• This deadline is to ensure all artwork is approved for timely production and install.
• If this deadline is missed late fees will also apply. Note that you won’t be charged the late fee twice if both deadlines are missed.

Graphic File Submission Instructions
Artwork file names should include the company and the placement.

Example: Company Name_Banner_GC3-B14

Submit Approved Artwork
The Box link to upload artwork will be provided after pre-approval by the Academy.
