Marketing Opportunity Agreement
Be sure to review your Marketing Opportunity Agreement carefully to ensure all artwork specifications and guidelines are understood.

Artwork Must Be Pre-Approved by August 2
Per the Marketing Opportunity Agreement, artwork must be pre-approved by the Academy prior to production.
Submit artwork proof(s) in a low-resolution PDF or JPG to Abigail Greber (agreber@aao.org ) by August 2
This deadline ensures ample time to make corrections, if requested by the Academy.

DO NOT send artwork directly to Freeman until it has been approved.

Deadline to Submit Artwork Files to Freeman is August 23
Artwork received after September 6 will incur the following fees:

· Date artwork will be accepted by with 20% penalty: September 7 - 19

· Date artwork will be accepted by with 40% penalty: September 20 - 27

· Date all artwork must be in by – will not, cannot accept after this date: September 27

You can help us in that effort by providing digital graphics that meet minimum requirements.
