Opportunity Agreement
Be sure to review your Marketing Opportunity Agreement carefully to ensure all
artwork specifications and guidelines are understood.
Artwork
Must Be Pre-Approved by September 4
Per the Marketing Opportunity Agreement, artwork must be pre-approved by the
Academy prior to production.
Submit artwork proof(s) in a low-resolution PDF or JPG to Abigail Greber
(agreber@aao.org) by September 4
This deadline ensures ample time to make corrections, if requested by the
Academy.
DO NOT send artwork directly to Freeman until it has been approved.
Deadline
to Submit Artwork Files to Freeman is September 25
Artwork received after September 25 will incur the following fees:
· Date artwork will be accepted by with 25% penalty: September 26 - October 10
· Date artwork will be accepted by with 50% penalty: October 11 - 25
· Date artwork will be accepted by with 100% penalty: October 26 - 30
· Date all artwork must be in by – will not, cannot accept after this date: October 30

to Submit Graphics
Our desire is to provide you with the best possible quality graphics for your
sponsorship item.
You can help us in that effort by providing digital graphics that meet minimum
requirements.
