Example: If you purchased Banner 11A you would name your file:

Where to Submit:  Email PDF to v.manola@asahq.org
Upload Instructions:  Please send the PDF as an attachment.

Due Date: August 29th
Items Due: Final, print ready artwork for Freeman
File Types Preferred Format: Vector based .eps, .ai, or PDF
Other Accepted Formats .psd, .tiff, .jpeg
File Naming Instructions: Opportunity Name_Sponsor Name_ASA19_Final

Upload Instructions:  When your art is ready to transmit, please click on the link, DRAG and DROP your artwork files onto the Uplink Page.  You can upload several files at once, or ADD MORE FILES as needed.  Please leave a MESSAGE to let us know briefly where the art is to go, and click UPLOAD when finished. To ensure that we provide excellent service and a great quality product for your selected sponsorship please follow the digital artwork submission guidelines.

Late fees, rush production charges and expedited shipping costs will be applied if the files are not named properly, not uploaded to the proper folder, or if uploaded after the designated deadlines.

It is assumed that artwork uploaded to the site is final and print ready. Proofs will not be provided. If you require high resolution proofs, please allow one week for Freeman to produce. Request for proofs does not excuse the sponsor or their agency from meeting the artwork deadline outlines above.
