Company name listed on the conference website and the mobile meeting app
One set of printed pre-registered attendee mailing labels once mailer is approved. Send digital proof of mailer with name and address of where labels should be sent to exhibits@assh.org by Friday, July 26. Labels are mailed out the week of Monday, July 29 via US Postal Service. Electronic version of label available only for mailing house use.
Three exhibit personnel badges per 100 sq. ft.
Access to general scientific sessions for registered booth personnel
Complimentary boxed lunch for exhibit staff on Thursday and Friday
One digital post-registration attendee list (includes Name, City, State, Country and NPI number)
