Important Deadlines

July 29, 2022: Should you require help from Freeman to create your production ready artwork, please notify Morgan Velasquez no later than July 29, 2022

August 5, 2022: All production-ready artwork sent to Morgan Velasquez.  Please use the Box link provided in the introduction email you get from Freeman OR your preferred file sharing method.

August 26, 2022: Deadline for Sponsor's approval on "official graphic proof" from Freeman. Per approval - Freeman will send the item(s) into production.

How to Submit Graphics
Our desire is to provide you with the best possible quality graphics for your sponsorship item. You can help us in that effort by providing digital graphics that meet minimum requirements. You will receive a pdf file that gives complete customer guidelines for submitting graphics artwork in your introductory email from Freeman.

Graphic Requirements
We prefer art submitted at 1:1 (100%) resolution should be at 100 DPI. Vector files and high resolution PDFs are the only recommended file formats. Bleed is not needed.
