DDW Artwork Guidelines & Deadlines
The below dates and upload instructions are for Freeman sponsorships opportunities only. If you need help clarifying which opportunities should use the below instructions please reach out to your DDW Account Manager.

Due Date: March 3, 2023
Items Due: Artwork for DDW Approval
File Types: PDF
File Naming Instructions: Opportunity Name_Sponsor Name_DDW2023_Approval
Example: If you purchased Banner B1L-B1 you would name your file:
B1L-B1_CompanyName_DDW2023_Approval
Where to Submit:  Email PDF to your account manager.
Upload Instructions:  Please send the PDF as an attachment.

Due Date: March 17, 2023
Items Due: Final, print ready artwork for Freeman.
File Types Preferred Format: Vector based .eps, .ai, or PDF
Other Accepted Formats .psd, .tiff, .jpeg
File Naming Instructions: Opportunity Name_Sponsor Name_DDW2023_Final
Example: If you purchased Banner B1L-B1 you would name your file:
B1L-B1_CompanyName_DDW2023_Final
