All exhibitor supplied sponsorship items must be received in advance and sent to the Freeman warehouse. Shipping labels are currently available and can be located in the exhibitor services manual. Contact BRANNON OSUBA at Freeman for your label. Late charges will be applied to all exhibitor supplied graphics received after the deadline.

Upload Your Graphics to the Freeman FTP siteThe Freeman FTP site is a convenient, short-term process for transmitting large files. The FTP site requires a User ID and password which changes each month. Please contact CANDI@MPASSOCIATES.COM for this information.

To access the folder specific to the event please click the link for the FTP site, go to Los Angeles and please upload your files to the International Microwave Symposium folder.
