Graphics files must be submitted to Freeman by March 6, 2026:
- Freeman will provide to the customer via email the color proof by March 20, 2026. Customers must provide final changes/approval within 48 business hours of receipt of color proof.

**A late fee will be charged to all customers who do not submit final graphic files by March 6, 2026. Please contact Shari Bailey for additional information.

Preparing Files:

Our desire is to provide you with the best possible quality graphics for your sponsorship item. You can help us in that effort by providing digital graphics that meet minimum requirements listed below:
- 100 dpi resolution at full size of actual finished product
- If done at half scale, 200 dpi resolution is required
- No bleed is needed 

Banners
- Trim Size Varies per Opportunity
- Live Area = Trim Size less 5 inch margin top and bottom; 2 inch margin left and right
- Keep important info (copy or logos) away from top 5" and bottom 5" of your banner

Carpet Graphics
- Trim Size Varies per Opportunity 
- Live Area = Trim Size less 1 inch margin all four sides

Clings and Overlays
- Trim Size Varies per Opportunity 
- No bleed needed, but take into account any gaps between graphics so that, when installed, graphics flow with proper breaks

Column Wraps
- Trim Size Varies per Opportunity 
- Live Area = Trim Size less 1.5 inch margin on all four sides

Native file format with all fonts and linked images included (production files)
- Low resolution PDF file for viewing purposes only
- AI and PDF file formats preferred with fonts converted to outlines
- Logos are in “vector” format with all fonts included
- All related PMS and/or CMYK color codes for both graphic files and logo files
- Contact name, phone number, and email address of art creator
