Deadline date to receive artwork: 

• PDF proofs to be emailed by DATE
  
• Production files to be received by DATE
• Please submit low resolution PDF to sponsorships@nbaa.org for approval 

How to Submit Graphics
Upon artwork approval by NBAA management, Artwork files that are of acceptable resolution will typically be too large to send via e-mail. Large files may also be posted to Freeman’s FTP site for downloading. 

However, a hard paper proof print must also be sent via overnight delivery in addition to posting the electronic files.

Minimum requirements when submitting artwork:
• All related PMS and/or CMYK color codes
• Accurate color proof print of artwork
• Contact name, phone number and e-mail address of art creator if applicable
• If submitting a “vector” type file, include all fonts, or convert fonts to outlines or paths

Upload Your Graphics to the Freeman ftp site
The Freeman ftp site is a convenient, short-term process for transmitting large files.The ftp site requires a User ID and password which changes each month. Upon proofs being approved by NBAA, FTP instructions will be provided to you.
