PLEASE NOTE: All production cost and logistics of graphics are coordinated through Freeman. Prototype files for layout are due by FEB 1, 2025, to guarantee advanced rates. Final approval for production is required by FEB 10, 2025, if payment or artwork files are received after the deadline dates standard rates will apply.

Graphics will not be printed until final payment is received. Freeman will require 10 business days to produce any graphic component. All advertising is subject to approval by SIR. Proofs will be provided to advertiser in advance for approval. 

Cancellation policy: Full payment will be required for cancellations received after graphics are submitted.
