Description
The Crystal Palace Lounges are located in the heart of the Convention Center - the major thoroughfare to sessions, food trucks, the expo, and shuttle busses and ubers. Lounges are open to all attendees for networking, charging, and relaxing.
Sponsor must select between the Standard Sponsorship (option 1) and Blank Sponsorship (option 2).
The standard sponsorship offering (option 1) which includes:
- table rounds and seating
- power hubs on tables
- logo on stanchions
- optional gift item. Suggested quantity 500 per day. | Due to NRF: December 8, 2023
- Optional gift items (after NRF approval) can be sent to NRF for delivery with show management shipment. Must arrive by December 8th to be included. If unable to make that deadline, sponsor can ship with their booth/materials and coordinate with NRF for onsite pick-up.
Sponsor to provide:
- 1 full color logo as high-resolution vector file (.eps or .pdf)
Sponsor-designed graphics due: Friday, October 20, 2023
- sponsor-designed (1) 20w x 8'h' back wall
- sponsor-designed (6) double-sided, table tents (artwork 4"w x 8"h). Same design for all table tents.

The "blank" sponsorship offering (option 2) and design/outfit the empty space as they desire - with approval from NRF, Javits, and other entities. Sponsor to to pay for all fees and expenses associated with their design. Please note there is a 10' height restriction for sponsors designing their lounge and sponsor must send the proposed lounge design in advance (early November) for NRF approval.
GOOD TO KNOW:
All badged attendees have access to these lounges. The Crystal Palace Lounges are NOT in place of exhibit booth space - all sales activity is prohibited. Sales pitches, product demos, etc... should be conducted in the sponsor's booth space in the Expo hall. Lounge sponsors may have up to 3 team members in blank sponsorship lounge (option 2) to support any enhanced activities (games, giveaways, snacks, etc...).
