Description

Taking a break in the expo. These themed lounges, outfitted with concession stands, seating, and charging hubs, are a perfect spot for attendees to grab a minute to themselves. Open to all attendees. Sponsor will receive recognition on the event website, mobile app, onsite materials, and signage (sponsor logo recognition on the overhead banner). Sponsor to provide: 

• 1 full color logo as high-resolution vector file (.eps or .pdf)
  
• 1 single-color (white or black) logo as high-resolution vector file (.eps or .pdf)
  
• optional gift item (pre-approved by NRF, to ship with NRF must arrive by December 8.
  

Sponsor-designed graphics due: Friday, October 20, 2023

• sponsor-designed, double-sided (1) meter board (meter board template)
  
• sponsor-designed sponsor-designed double-sided, table tent (5) 4"w x 6"h
• sponsor-designed floor clings (3) 2'x2' 

*Please refer to Freeman's graphic submission guidelines when designing and preparing sponsor-designed graphic files. 

NRF to provide:  

• graphics proof of graphics for sponsor approval prior to production.  
  
• NRF will facilitate graphic production and installation. 
  
• NRF to review and approve optional gift prior to sponsor production.
  

GOOD TO KNOW: 
Optional gift items (after NRF approval) can be sent to NRF for delivery with show management shipment. Must arrive by December 8th to be included. If unable to make that deadline, sponsor can ship with their booth/materials and coordinate with NRF for onsite pick-up. Lounges 4-6 are on Expo Level 3, Lounge 1-3 are on Expo Level 1.
