Share your company's sustainability mission and goals and partner with NRF to work toward a greener NRF 2024 experience.

On the event's sustainability landing page, partner will receive:   

• About (mission statement): 50-word blurb on partner’s green/sustainable initiatives, link, logo 
  
• Recognition as a green/sustainable event partner.  Including in NRF's "Top 5 Ways” attendees can help work toward a more green/sustainable experience at the show. What to expect, how they can help, etc.…   
  
• White Paper: Partner to provide a sustainable-related white paper for inclusion on the event’s white paper resource page. Specs for white paper. | Due: 11/17/23
  

PRE-EVENT EMAIL 

• 3 Attendee update emails will mention NRF’s focus on sustainability, including sustainability tips in all preshow emails, linking to the green/sustainable event landing page. Partner text mention in each update email  
  

ONSITE  

• Guide: Recognition as sustainability partner in ¼ page advert (cover will note *recycled paper info)   
  
• Javits TV Ad: Partner to create (1) 30-second ad which will include sound. Ad will be played 2 times per hour on over 72+ monitors throughout the building. Specs for Javits tv.
  
• Slide Deck: Sustainable partners will be recognized in the house/welcoming slide deck.  
  
• Signage: Partner/s will be given recognition on the limited # of signs promoting NRF’s “Top 5 ways…” to partner and participate in sustainable efforts. QR code included with info on the sustainability program.    
  
• Water:  Partner to receive 300 top quality, branded, reusable water bottles to give away from their booth. 
• Partner, if desired, could have a water bubbler in their booth with variety of flavor packets   | Due: 12/1/23
  
• Sponsor post show sustainability section in the post-show email, with sponsor attribution, link the landing page with sponsor logo
  
• Sustainability Hub - branding recognition (overhead banner and back wall) on Hub located on the Level 1 Expo,
  

Sponsor to provide:  

• 1 full color logo as high-resolution vector file (.eps or .pdf).
