Description

Private dinners offer a relaxed and more intimate environment for sponsors to connect with retail attendees. And a great meal to boot! Attendees can register at the time of overall registration for the event, first come, first served. Target of 15-20 retailers per dinner. Location TBD by NRF.

6:30-7:00pm - Drinks & Networking
7:00-8:30pm - Dinner

Sponsor to provide: 

• full-color logo (1) as high-resolution vector files (.eps or .pdf). 
• single-color (1) (white or black) logo as high-resolution vector files (.eps or .pdf).

Additional benefits include: 

• Sponsor may bring 2 staff members to the dinner.
• Sponsor is welcome to bring a gift item for dinner guests. Suggested quantity 25. 
• Sponsor logo on pre-fixed dinner menu (if provided by restaurant)
• Sponsor logo and/or name recognition on the RSVP page for the dinner and reminder email day of dinner
• Sponsor logo on signage at event

GOOD TO KNOW: 

Optional gift items (after NRF approval) can be sent to NRF for delivery with show management shipment. Must arrive by December 8th to be included. If unable to make that deadline, sponsor can ship with their booth/materials and hand deliver to the Dinner.
