RSNA exhibitors can host an informational, non-CME educational presentation or procedural instruction during the annual meeting over the lunch hour in a classroom at McCormick Place. Companies can invite attendees and directly engage with them. The sponsor may include an RSVP link in the session information listed in the RSNA online meeting program to secure any pre-registrant leads.
RSNA will capture the audio and slides of the presentation. The recording can be included in Meeting Central. RSNA meeting attendees registered as professional attendees may view recorded Industry Sessions from the RSNA Annual Meeting on-demand in Meeting Central for several weeks after the meeting.
Fee does not include catering.
