Our desire is to provide you with the best possible quality graphics for your sponsorship item. You can help us in that effort by providing digital graphics that meet minimum requirements. Please see below for pdf files that give complete customer guidelines for submitting graphics artwork.

Sponsorship Signage Recycling Project
We are excited to share a meaningful way to support RSNA’s sustainability efforts. Each year, vinyl sponsorship banners that cannot be reused are discarded. To reduce waste, in 2024, RSNA partnered with a local organization to transform these materials into handcrafted tote bags. This organization also provides artisan training and sustainable job opportunities for refugee women resettled in the Chicagoland area.
We’re excited to continue this partnership and expand the program to potentially include additional items. The items produced will be included as part of our First-Time Exhibitor welcome gifts and also sold in the RSNA Gift Shop. But more importantly, the banners will remain out of a landfill.
