Customized graphic and logo will be printed on the hotel key cards.

4,100 cards will be printed for distribution at check-in at Hilton Orlando, Hyatt Regency, Rosen Centre and Rosen Plaza.

NOTE: The Hilton requires its own template, see attached.

Prices for all products are for 1 design, additional designs will incur a $150 setup fee per each design beyond the first. Pricing is for 4-color CMYK print, any other method of print would require special pricing and would require a longer lead time.

Timeline:

Art & Order Summary approval due: 12/12/2025 - Proof generated after you have submitted print-ready artwork and approved the Order Summary.

Proof approval due: 12/29/2025 (proof approval after this date will result in postponed shipment and/or an expedited production fee)

Estimated Ship date: 1/19/2026

Estimated Delivery date: 1/20/2026
