GCSAA Stage on the Show Floor Presentation. Booth 4041.

GCSAA stage opportunities provide exhibitors a chance to promote, present or host content on the trade show floor in front of thousands of attendees working in golf course management. These presentations are scheduled and promoted by GCSAA to the attendees in all relevant trade show advertising and on the show app. The time slots are 15 minutes of presentation and adequate time before and after to prepare and exit before the next stage event.

• Seating for 64 people
• A/V. Full set to include LED monitor, sound system, microphones (up to 6), chairs (up to 4), speaker timer, confidence monitor.
• Presentation assistance in advance and during presentation. If requested, session can be recorded and provided to in March 2026.
• Internet not included.
• Title of session will be on GCSAA conference and trade show website when provided to account manager.
• Title of session will be on LED monitor on stage.
