The GCSAA Conference and Trade Show will feature a New Product Showcase where companies can display their innovations. This year’s New Product Showcase will show off the latest and greatest products and services for golf course management professionals.

Located on the trade show floor at the Orange County Convention Center, the New Product Showcase will be easily accessible to all attendees. Space in this exclusive area is limited. Pricing starts at $1,500 per product.

NEW PRODUCT SHOWCASE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2026 - Thursday, Feb. 5, 2026
Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Companies requesting space in the On-site New Product Showcase must be signed up as current exhibitors in Orlando, Feb. 4-5, 2026 and agree to pay the entry fee of $1,500, per product on display.
- All product submissions must include a photo of the product or company logo.
- Trade show management is not responsible for errors on website content provided by the exhibitor on the request form.
- Items for display must be new products introduced to the market in the Jan. 2025 - Jan. 2026 calendar year.
- The New Product Showcase will be displayed Wednesday, Feb. 4 – Thursday, Feb. 5 on the trade show floor and or the lobby.
- Products that do not exceed 5 ft. (L) x 5 ft. (W) are allowed to be displayed and will be placed by trade show management, as they see fit.
- Products that exceed 5 ft. (L) x 5 ft. (W) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis as to whether they can be displayed.
- All exhibitors participating in the New Product Showcase are encouraged to produce literature and/or brochures to leave with their product.
- Trade show management will determine, in every respect, the allocation of space and position for all items and or photographs displayed in the New Product Showcase.
- Trade show management will determine, in every respect, the website placement of all photographs displayed in the New Product Showcase.
- Trade show management reserves the right to refuse any item for display if it does not meet requirements or standards.
Exhibitors participating in the New Product Showcase will be responsible for transporting their product and literature to show site and to their numbered spot in the New Product Showcase located on the trade show floor or in the lobby. All fees included are the sole responsibility of the exhibiting company. All products can be dropped off in the New Product Showcase display area, between 2:00 - 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2026. For heavy equipment too large to hand carry, the exhibitor may display a graphic representation or order services through Freeman if bringing in the equipment.

Display units and signage for each company participating is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Signage can include company name, product name, QR code and booth number on the trade show floor. Stands, electrical or any item needed for the New Product Showcase must be ordered through Freeman.
3ft pipe and drape will be provided to divide each 5 ft. (L) x 5 ft. (W) area.
