DESCRIPTION

The HIMSS Life Sciences Circle brings together Pharma, Biomedicine, Medical Technology/Devices, Precision Medicine, and Research & Developers to interact with world-class thought leadership. This program will give participants the opportunity to understand health information and technology as a strategic asset for their business, and not just as a means to improve a process.Participants will have the opportunity to network with fellow peers and focus on targeted education to meet the needs of Life Sciences audience while attending the HIMSS Global Conference. HIMSS will provide participants with insights and guidance on the most relevant parts of HIMSS19, along with engagement opportunities before, during and after the conference… all designed to help make the most out of their experience.

PRIOR TO OR POST CONFERENCE:

DURING CONFERENCE

  • Five (5) invitations for Sponsor and recognition during event at Life Sciences Circle Reception (light appetizers and drink). 
    • DATES | TIMES OPTIONS (depending the schedule):
      • a)  Monday, February 11 from 4:30-5:30 after Symposia/Preconference activities and prior to Opening Reception.  Co-located with other Circles; designated areas for each Circle. OCCC location, TBD.
      • b)  Tuesday, February 12 from 5:30-6:30pm. Hyatt location TBD.
  • Opportunity to co-develop with HIMSS up to two (2) Life Sciences Circle Morning Huddle Sessions (approx. 30 minutes) with an Industry Leader followed by Exhibit Floor/venue tour. Sponsor will have the opportunity to host a Morning Huddle in the Sponsor’s booth.
    • DATES | TIMES:
      • 1)  Tuesday, February 12 at 10:30am
      • 2)  Thursday, February 14 at 9:30am (option:  before Floor opens).
  • Opportunity to co-develop with HIMSS an exclusive Life Sciences Circle Think Tank Thought Leadership Breakfast or Lunch (depending on the schedule). The 60-minute session will be a facilitated conversation for 35-50 executives centered on key topics. The session will be offered during a networking event on Wednesday, February 13 
    • Option to co-develop with HIMSS a preconference webinar for the Life Sciences Circle audience as a teaser for the Think Tank Session
  • Sponsorship of Life Sciences Circle Coffee Meetup at the HIMSS Spot or similar on Thursday, February 14 (afternoon)
