Country/State Exhibit Space (in Exhibition Hall)
Booth space is priced based on square
meters/square footage and location. Booth
space is available 3mx3m/10’ x 10’.
There are two price zones for booth space: premium zone and zone 1. The yellow shaded area on the floorplan is
our premium zone. This area is typically
higher traffic along entrances and main aisles of the exhibit hall. Premium zone pricing is $1/square foot more
than Zone 1 pricing (Premium Zone is $47/square foot; Zone 1 is $46/square
There is a $425 marketing fee for
the country/state as well as a $425 for each company exhibiting in the booth
There is a $725 per corner fee.
(Booths 6m x 6m or larger will be islands and will have 4 corner fees).

What do you get with booth space? For each 3m x 3m (10’x10’) booth space, 8’h
drape along back side of booth and 3’h drape along the sides of booth, ID sign
sign with company name and 5 exhibitor badges are included in the price. HIMSS exhibitor badges provide access onto
exhibit hall floor, general education sessions, opening reception (Monday
night) and keynote sessions. Optional
events like Monday pre-conference symposia and Thursday night event are not
included (but can be added to your badges for an additional fee). You can purchase additional exhibitor badges
for $225 per badge.
What’s NOT included in booth
space? Carpeting, electrical,
internet, furnishings, lead scanner, catering, cleaning, marketing materials,
shipping, material handling (item you ship to center, this is the fee to take
them to your booth), attendee lists, branding, etc.
