Host a 60-Minute Industry Expert Theater Session
Engage attendees with a 60-minute educational session in the Industry Expert Theater, located in the South Hall Exhibit Hall. Your session will be open to all registered attendees and featured as part of the RSNA 2026 Industry Program.
Sessions must be educational in nature rather than product focused. The room will be arranged in a theater-style setting with seating for approximately 80 participants. Sponsors may include an RSVP link in their session information.
RSNA will capture both the audio and slides from your presentation. The session recording will be available in Meeting Central, where professional RSNA attendees can view on-demand Industry Sessions from the Annual Meeting through February, 2027.
One session per time slot is offered each day, Sunday through Wednesday:
10:30 - 11:30 AM
12:00 - 1:00 PM
1:30 - 2:30 PM
3:00 - 4:00 PM
New location in RSNA 2025: Classroom in the South Hall Exhibit Hall.
If you require CME
for your session, RSNA must contract with your CME provider to secure the session. The classroom will not be located in the exhibit hall. Your CME session will take place in a classroom that adheres to CME guidelines. Please contact us for more information.
