Description
Sponsor's full color advertisement showcased on the shuttle bus windows operated by RSNA during the annual meeting. Shuttle bus service is complimentary for annual meeting attendees to and from hotels and McCormick Place Convention Center each morning and afternoon, Sunday through Thursday.
Sponsorship includes:
Your advert on 8 interior windows per bus, approx 30 buses
Up to 4 designs are accepted. Each tile size is 20"w x 12"h
Print ready artwork is due 40 days prior to event start date (specs, template, and upload link will be provided to the sponsor)
Activation is Sunday through Thursday on official RSNA hotel shuttle buses
Material deadline - 10/20
