Description

Retailer only store tours provide curated, guided walking tours of cutting-edge retail store experiences. Participants will see firsthand how retailers are using their understanding of changing behaviors and technology to enhance the customer experience.

How does it work?
NRF 24 retail attendees register to visit stores guided by an industry expert. Each tour is 2-3 hours based on location Sponsors will have unmatched networking and one-on-one time with retail decision makers. View a quick video to better understand the Retail Store Tour concept.

Who attends the tours?
Retailers in all retail verticals with titles that span branding, IT, operations, business analyst consulting, or anyone who wants to stay on the cutting edge.

What will the tour look like?
Each guided tour is led by a retail industry expert visiting carefully selected stores at premier shopping destinations. Tour guides will lead groups to the selected stores where a store administrator will speak about the features, innovations, store design experience, customer service enhancements and brand stories.

What are the sponsor benefits?

• 2 additional full conference passes to NRF 2024.
