If a double-sided banner is desired, you must print two (2) individual banners and hang them back to back as mesh only prints clear single-sided.
OCCC will install and dismantle. Freeman will prep and pass off to OCCC.
All edges & corners of the banner must have reinforced webbing. Place grommets horizontally along the top and bottom at a minimum of 18” to 24” apart. Place grommets vertically along the sides at a minimum of 48” apart if the banner is 8’ tall or greater.
Per OCCC regulations, all exterior banners are subject to removal without notice in the event of a severe weather notice.
